Cooper, Waco, and Rapoport Foundations are pleased to offer a free, nonprofit board governance training, Building High Performing Boards: Laying the Foundation. This two-hour training is intended for new board members, current board members, community members who are considering joining a nonprofit governance board, or nonprofit professionals wanting to learn more about nonprofit governing boards.
The presentation by Felicia Goodman, Executive Director of Cooper Foundation, includes the following:

– Building a Great Board
– Trends in Board Structure for Leading Organizations
This training is a repeat of the two hour board governance trainings held in previous years.
